Inside the Kitchen with Rio Grill's Executive Chef
Spring is the season of planting, growth and renewal, and we live in a very special place that produces extraordinary agriculture with the season’s most delicious vegetables. The beautiful tomatoes and cucumbers have started to sprout and as always, we look for the freshest locally sourced produce . Spring is a great season for cooking because we can pair the heartier winter dishes with some lighter summer fare. We have some wonderful new dishes debuting during our 27th Anniversary celebration so come on in and check out the great new things at Rio Grill!
