Cy Yontz and Wine Manager Becky Ellis are proud to offer a targeted but impressive wine list that centers on the wonderful wine produced right here on the Central Cast. The region's micro climates allow our local vintners and growers to produce a wide variety of wines that rival the top labels around the country and the world.
We also feature a number of wines from outside our region, but we pride ourselves on showcasing little known varietals that complement the wonderful dishes from our kitchen. These include; Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Rhone Blends and Cabernet Franc.
We like to focus on American Viticultural Areas or AVA's like the Santa Lucia Highlands, Santa Ynez Valley, and Paso Robles which are close to home. This allows us to include award winning boutique wineries such as Talbott, Muira, Morgan, Heller Estate and Boekenoogen.
