All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, menus, videos, recipes, and software — is owned by Rio Grill, Coastal Roots Hospitality, or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Rio Grill name and logo are trademarks. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use these marks without our prior written consent.
Reservations are processed by OpenTable. Gift card sales, the rewards program, and online ordering are processed by Toast. These transactions are subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third-party providers, in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of those services.
Menu items, pricing, hours, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any content is error-free or complete. The dining experience at the restaurant is the authoritative source for menu and pricing information.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including those of our sister restaurants. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked site. Following any link is at your own risk.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rio Grill and Coastal Roots Hospitality disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rio Grill, Coastal Roots Hospitality, and their owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rio Grill and Coastal Roots Hospitality from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
